At Trabeca.com, your satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to deliver high-quality seeds and gardening products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (plant seeds), we generally do not accept returns once a package has been opened or used.

However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

  • Your order was significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe

To request a refund or replacement, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hezizi0215@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve your issue quickly.

2. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hezizi0215@gmail.com. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will either:

  • Resend the order using tracked shipping

  • Or issue a full refund, based on your preference

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, weather disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened seed packets

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information and review your order before confirming payment.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
